TENNIS INSTRUCTORS

RENTAL SHACK ASSOCIATE

Summary: Responsible for promoting and maintaining boat and island patron safety by enforcing all boat and island rules and maintaining the beach area in a safe manner by performing the following duties. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

• Performs daily procedures to open the rental shack by unlocking boats, ensuring boats are free of garbage and excess water, and making visual inspection of equipment and boats for any issues related to damage, safety or maintenance.*

• Responsible for maintaining the boat area each morning and throughout the day and disposing of any garbage, seaweed or rocks.*

• Maintains rental shop area in a clean and attractive manner.*  

• Monitors and limits entry to the lake and equipment rentals to authorized badge holders.*

• Responsible for completing the boat and equipment rental procedure by checking for valid homeowner and guest badges, ensuring renters meet age requirements, and recording all renter information on the designated sign out sheet.*  

• Receives and processes payments for rentals.*

• Reviews safety rules and provides renters with appropriately sized life jackets and instructions for use and wear while out on the lake.*

• Informs patrons of rental time limits.  Enforce last rental policy at designated time.* 

• Performs closing operations by returning all boats and equipment to designated area and locking boats each evening.* 

• Refers any questions or problems to management.*

• Completes activity reports noting participation level and forwards to the aquatics manager.*

• Maintains supply and equipment inventory and requests additional items as needed.*       

• Attends all required staff meetings, training seminars and other designated meetings.*

• Maintains professional appearance at all times and display exceptional communication and customer service skills with other members of team and patrons.*

• Establish and maintain professional working relationship with community members, associates and guests.*

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.*

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

LIFEGUARD

The Aquatics department of a premiere private community is looking for friendly individuals who have a good work ethic and want to be a part of the community.

Applicants must have or be willing to secure their lifeguarding certification. Reimbursement is available.

Certification classes consist of swimming pre-test, online classes, classroom time, and final swimming test.

Our lifeguards are responsible for the prevention of accidents and promoting safety by monitoring pool activities and responding to emergencies in the pool area while adhering to the rules and regulations of the community.

Temporary position from Memorial Day to Labor Day (Holidays are paid at overtime rate)

POOL MONITOR

The Aquatics department of a premiere private community is looking for friendly individuals who have a good work ethic and want to be a part of the community.

Lifeguard Certification is not required for this position!

Our pool monitors / attendants are responsible for helping maintain the pool areas, assisting the lifeguard team in the prevention of accidents and promoting safety by monitoring pool activities and responding to emergencies in the pool area while adhering to the rules and regulations of the community.

Temporary position from Memorial Day to Labor Day (Holidays are paid at overtime rate).

Must be 18 years of age.

MEMBER SERVICES / RENTAL ASSOCIATE

Successful candidates are responsible for providing excellent customer service support for our members and guests, while maintaining confidentiality. Successful applicants will greet all visitors and properly direct them to the appropriate department as well as handle inquiries by telephone and e-mail, providing proper resolutions. 

Applicants will also process and complete various Association registrations, accurate cash handling including collection of payments and giving change as appropriate. 

Applicants are also responsible for data entry tasks using various software platforms and Microsoft Office 365. 

Attention to detail, flexibility, dependability and multi-tasking is a must along with proficient computer knowledge.

Must be 18 years of age.

 

SECURITY / DEPT. OF PUBLIC SAFETY

We are seeking energetic, hands-on, people friendly individuals to complete our team. Resumes are being accepted for a seasonal position in our Department of Public Safety. Come join our team for the 2024 season: Memorial Weekend – Labor Day Weekend. 

Applicants must have a flexible schedule. Holidays and weekends will be required. Successful candidates will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the safety of the homeowners and guests of a large gated recreational community. 

Responsibilities include: 

– Daily security checks of buildings & homes in the community 

– Accident & injury response & reporting 

– Guest wristband checking

– Emergency vehicle escort within the community 

– Monitor Cameras 

– Emergency radio calls and direct officers to proper location 

– Answer Phones for guest registration and emergency calls 

– Other duties as assigned in order to assist other departments with daily operations 

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license.  

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

PART-TIME POSITIONS
