Arrowhead Lake Community Association is hiring for multiple full-time and part-time positions for permanent and seasonal employment. Seasonal employment will run from Memorial Day through Labor Day (can be extended based on operational needs) with holidays paid at overtime rate. Dependability and professionalism are a must. Recreation Department & Aquatics Department

Pool Attendants/Monitors: (Seasonal – Multiple Openings – PT/FT available – 18 years & older) 
The Aquatics Department is looking for friendly individuals who have a good work ethic and want to be a part of the community.
Lifeguard Certification is not required for this position! Our Pool Monitors/Attendants are responsible for helping maintain the pool areas, assisting the lifeguard team in the prevention of accidents and promoting safety by monitoring pool activities and responding to emergencies in the pool area while adhering to the rules and regulations of the community. Lifeguards (Seasonal – Multiple Openings – PT/FT available) Rate from $15/hour
Applicants must have or be willing to secure their lifeguarding certification. Reimbursement is available. Certification classes consist of swimming pre-test, online classes, classroom time, and final swimming test. Lifeguards are responsible for the prevention of accidents and promoting safety by monitoring pool activities and responding to emergencies in the pool area while adhering to the rules and regulations of the community. Department of Public Works (DPW)

Director of Public Works: (FT – Permanent)
The coordinates and manages the maintenance, service and repairs of the Association’s roads and facilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule required. 3-5 years’ experience in related field with 1-3 years’ supervisory experience required. Road/heavy equipment experience extremely preferred.

Safety/Amenity Attendant (Seasonal – PT) aka “Wristband Checker”
Safety attendants will provide community amenity monitoring at various common facilities for the summer season.
