Private My ALCA Menu–

• Actual Page – NO DROPDOWN (Menu is to be listed on the side)
• Please have this Menu available ONLY upon Member Sign-In
• Account – When someone clicks on MY ALCA, it will automatically go to their account page

• ALCA Documents
• ASC Documents  

 Community Forms (Can we link to payment?)

• Permits (Eform) (All eforms will have similar elements to fill for Abacus 21 to pull from TOPS)
• Registration Forms
• Community Access Forms

BOD/Committees –

• Only Members of their certain group can view docs. (Ex: Member Services Committee Members will only have access to the Member Services Page. This will be a place for Members to keep documents, maybe have an internal message box for that particular committee. [Not definite-  just a thought])

Store –

• (Please have it so a Member can make more than one payment at a time. EX: Purchase a boat rack, pay sewer bill, and register and associate member) Here is a working list of all the items we would like available in our store (Assessments, Resale packets, ASC Assessments, Boat Rack, RV, Sewer)
• For delinquent members, please have it so they only have access to their account & store upon login

For now, this is the main gist of the private menu. I’d like to see it set up in a condensed manner (Account, Library, Community Forms, BOD/Committees & Store) then when you click on that main menu item (Ex: Library), a sub menu expands (ALCA & ASC Financials & Budgets, ALCA Docs, ASC Docs). There will be no landing page for the main private menu items EXCEPT for Account and Store.
