ASC Quarterly Payment Deadline

Arrowhead Sewer Company (ASC) fees are billed in December for the next full year, however, Members have the option to pay the full annual amount or quarterly.

Annual House Fee: $950
Annual Lot Availability Fee: $450
2023 Quarterly ASC Fees
Quarterly House Fee: $237.50
Quarterly Lot Availability Fee: $112.50
Payment Deadlines –
Annual Payment – January 31
1st Quarter – January 31
2nd Quarter – April 30
3rd Quarter – July 31
4th Quarter – October 31

- Mail a Check – Send a check directly to Fidelity Bank. This saves the Association and you on credit card and banking fees!
- Pay Online Directly from Your Bank Account – pay online through the ALCA website and choose the payment method “Bank Account-ACH.” Your payment will be electronically transferred to ALCA.
- Pay by Credit Card – pay online through the ALCA website or in-person with Member Services. This payment method will charge you a 2.5% surcharge. To avoid this surcharge, Mail a Check or Pay Online by Bank Account-ACH.
To remain a Member in Good Standing with ALCA, you must have all ALCA & ASC charges, if applicable, on a current basis with no outstanding balances.
