Annual Membership Meeting – Judge of Elections presents the election results to the Election Committee Chair who announces the results to the membership.
10:30 a.m.
Reorganization Meeting – Following the Annual Membership Meeting and BOD deliberation – New Board Executive officers and Committee Board Liaisons are announced.

No advance registration required. Membership & Member in Good Standing status will be verified upon arrival. Wristbands are required to be worn/on hand.

Following the conclusion of the Annual Membership Meeting, there will be a brief recess prior to the start of the Reorganization Meeting at 10:30 a.m. If you leave the meeting during this intermission, you can simply join again using the same ‘join webinar’ link.
